About Lasagna Lab

Lasagna Lab started with a simple idea: grandma’s lasagna deserves to land warm on everyone’s table. What began in a small Utrecht kitchen grew into a true lasagneria & polpetteria.

We make everything by hand and with patience. Our ragù simmers for hours, our pasta sheets are made fresh, and our meatballs are rolled the way they should be. No shortcuts — just honest Italian flavours.

We deliver only, so we can pour all of our attention into the kitchen and into a warm, perfect delivery to your front door. Buon appetito!

Frequently asked questions

  • Which allergens are in your dishes?

    Every dish on the menu carries dietary and allergen labels (such as vegetarian, vegan, spicy, contains gluten, milk, egg or nuts). Have a specific allergy? Mention it in the notes at checkout or give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Which area do you deliver to?

    We deliver to Lage Weide, Leidsche Rijn, Maarssen, Maarssenbroek, Terwijde and Zuilen. At checkout we automatically check your postcode to confirm we can deliver to you.

  • How can I pay?

    Pay on delivery — cash, card, or Tikkie. Online payment (iDEAL) is coming soon.

  • How do I place an order?

    Pick your dishes from the menu, add them to your basket and go to checkout. Fill in your details and delivery time, confirm, and we’ll get to work. No account needed.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Expect around 30–40 minutes, depending on how busy we are and your location. At checkout you can request a preferred delivery time.

  • Is there a minimum order amount?

    Yes, there is a minimum order amount (excluding the delivery fee). At checkout you’ll immediately see whether you’ve reached it.
